Schools with large number of students in any class/stage as in Iraq, and lots of subjects given need some sort of managements at all levels and aspects by using fast facilities such as computer program to save workload and time, in addition to avoid mistakes which were usually observed. The aim of this article was to develop Excel based program to solve the states of passing the examinations and failure according to the rules and ranges of degrees estimated by the responsible authorities. The program was applied at least for two rural schools with large number of students and different occasions of exam attempts.
