TPACK pedagogy: Professional development of teachers in higher education in India

Abstract
The present study mainly focuses on the Professional development of the teachers in a private higher education Institute. It emphasis on using of TPACK where by technology can be blended with the pedagogy and the content. The researcher has conducted a training for 20 teachers in a private Higher education institution on technological skills for teaching and learning. To study the impact of training the data for the research was collected through questionnaire and observation schedules. The challenges were identified while using TPACK models in the class.
