steroids or other unnatural supplements. The Research Paper begins by
emphasizing the significance of individualization in workout plan design.
Understanding that each lifter possesses unique goals, training experience,
recovery capacity, and genetic predispositions, the plan emphasizes the need to
customize exercises, volume, intensity, and frequency to match the lifter's
specific needs.
